California town passes Fukushima resolution

A small town in the US is doing what the Obama administration should be doing. The resolution states that “Urgent international rescue” needed at site and “poses health and safety concerns to America’s West Coast”  as well as “Much greater contamination is likely”. Read the resolution here.
